SimpleSwap fees: the commission and the withdrawal fee
Commission. SimpleSwap does not publish one commission figure. Its FAQ describes an all-in-one rate for crypto-to-crypto swaps, with no separate percentage trading fee shown on top, so its margin sits inside the rate you are quoted.
Withdrawal fee. On the network fee it is candid rather than specific: its FAQ says the fee depends on the blockchain, the load on the network and the asset you send or receive, and that on a fixed-rate exchange the fee for sending to your address is already inside the amount shown. There is no table per coin. The SimpleSwap column below is Cambio’s estimate of the fixed part of its price, fitted from checks of simpleswap.io at several sizes.

When SimpleSwap is the better choice
- You want the rate fixed for one order. SimpleSwap offers a fixed rate and says the payout network fee is already inside the amount it shows. Cambio has one rate and no fixed option.
- Your coin or network is one Cambio does not carry. SimpleSwap’s catalogue and Cambio’s overlap without matching; Cambio says so before you send anything.
- You prefer one number with nothing itemised. An all-in rate is quick to read. Cambio splits its network fee out onto a line of its own.
- A large swap, compared on the day. At the $5,000 size our checker reads we hold no same-hour Cambio quote, so this page makes no claim there; check both before a large order.
When Cambio is the better choice
- You want the network fee stated before you commit. Cambio’s quote prints it as a separate line rather than folding it into the rate.
- A route where Cambio’s quote sent more on the day. Is SimpleSwap safe?
SimpleSwap works like the other instant exchanges on these pages: most crypto-to-crypto swaps need no account, you send to a deposit address it issues, and it pays out to the address you give. With no account for most swaps, there is no balance to leave behind.
Its FAQ says it may request KYC or additional information in certain cases, without listing the triggers there. Its terms of service list every EU member state among the restricted jurisdictions (§4.3, read on 11 Sep 2026).
On any exchange, send from a wallet you control and keep the transaction ID until the payout lands.
On Cambio it works differently: Your deposit goes to the one-time address shown for your order, and the selected execution route sends the payout to the destination wallet you provide. No account or stored balance is created.
