ChangeNOW and ChangeHero price a swap in opposite ways on paper. ChangeHero publishes its commission as a percentage and says withdrawal is included; ChangeNOW publishes no percentage and folds everything into its estimate. This page puts what both websites showed for the same route, size and hour next to each other, with Cambio’s own quote as a third row where one fell close in time.

How each states its fees

Two ways of pricing the same swap

The difference in how they state fees is the useful part. A published percentage that covers the withdrawal predicts a cost that barely moves with size. A price with a fixed part predicts a cost that falls as the order grows. The band table shows which description each site’s readings fit.

ChangeNOW brings a longer record and native apps; ChangeHero brings a commission you can check against what arrives. Neither of those is a price, which is why the readings sit in their own table and the attributes in another.
