USDT → SOL
Quoting…Your USDT is in a wallet with 0 SOL?
Then that wallet cannot send its USDT on Solana: every transaction there pays its fee in SOL. Send USDT from an exchange account instead, or choose USDT on Tron, BNB Smart Chain or Ethereum as the coin you send. The SOL still arrives at your Solana address.
How much SOL do I need?
The base fee and the token-account cost are Solana’s own rules; your wallet shows the exact total before you confirm.
Three steps
- 1
Enter your Solana address
The address that holds your USDT or USDC. That is where the SOL goes.
- 2
Send the coin you have
Send it on the network shown on the deposit card.
- 3
SOL arrives
Once your deposit is confirmed, SOL is sent to your Solana address, and your tokens can move.
Questions
Do I need an account?
No. You give the Solana address the SOL should go to and send the coin you have; there is no account to open.
Is there a minimum?
Yes. The form shows the minimum for your route as soon as you choose the coins, before you send anything.
How long does it take?
The SOL is sent once your deposit is confirmed on its own network. The quote states a typical time where we know one.
Why did one transfer cost about 0.002 SOL more?
The recipient had never held that token, so the transfer also created their token account. Solana charges that once per recipient and token, usually to the sender.
