What you need to know
Before you swap USDC to XMR on Monero.
Not a bridge — direct settlement. Cross-network swaps on Cambio never route through a bridge. Your USDC deposit stays an ordinary Arbitrum transaction, and the XMR payout is an ordinary Monero transaction. The two chains never exchange messages, so there is no bridge contract to trust and no wrapped representation of your asset.
Destination must be a Monero address. The payout address you provide must be a Monero address. Addresses from other networks will fail validation in the composer before anything is sent — Cambio checks the address family against the destination network so a mistake stops at the form, not on-chain.

Per-swap cap: USD 1,000. Cambio’s launch window caps every swap at USD 1,000. Above the cap the request is refused outright rather than silently split — the card tells you before any deposit address is issued.
Screened before you send. Cambio runs its checks before a deposit address is ever issued. If a swap cannot complete, it never starts — there is no "funds under review" limbo after the fact.
What XMR on Monero is good for. Monero is private by default, and outputs are lock-bound briefly before they can be spent onward.
