1. Joining
To join, create a Cambio account with a verified email address and open Affiliates in your dashboard. You must be at least 18 years of age and must not be located in, resident in, or a national of a Prohibited Jurisdiction listed in Section 2 of the Terms of Use.
One affiliate account per person or business. We may decline or close an affiliate account at our discretion, including where we believe these Affiliate Terms have been breached.
2. Commission
You earn 50% of the amount Cambio earns on each completed swap made by a customer attributed to you. "The amount Cambio earns" means the service fee Cambio charges on a swap it fills itself, or the share Cambio receives on a swap filled by one of its liquidity providers. It never includes network fees.
Each completed swap appears on your statement with what Cambio earned on it and your share. The commission rate is recorded on each swap when it completes. We may change the rate for future swaps with 30 days' notice; a change never applies to swaps already recorded.
Where Cambio earns nothing on a swap, no commission is due on it.
3. Attribution
A customer is attributed to you when they arrive through your referral link (any cambio.one address with ?ref=YOURCODE), start a swap in the Cambio Telegram bot through your link, or create an order with your API key. Your code is remembered in the customer's browser for up to 400 days.
The first affiliate credited with a customer's completed swap keeps that customer: later swaps paid out to the same address are attributed to that affiliate, whichever link the customer follows afterwards.
Where attribution is unclear, Cambio's records decide.
4. Holding Period and Payouts
Commission on a swap becomes available 14 days after the swap completes. During that period it may be cancelled if the swap is refunded, reversed, or found to be fraudulent or in breach of these Affiliate Terms.
Available commission is paid in USDT on the Tron (TRC-20) or BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20) network, to an address you control. The minimum payout is $10; smaller balances carry over. You may request a payout at any time; requests are reviewed and paid on the 5th of each month.
Payout addresses are screened against sanctions lists in the same way as customer addresses, and a screened address cannot receive a payout. Before a payout, we may ask you to describe where your traffic comes from or to verify your identity, and we may hold the payout until we receive an answer.
5. Swaps That Do Not Earn
No commission is earned on: your own swaps, including swaps from your own account, to your own wallet, or to any address you control; swaps by customers in a Prohibited Jurisdiction; swaps that are refunded, reversed, failed or cancelled; and swaps that result from promotion prohibited in Section 6, or from fake, automated or paid-for traffic.
6. How You May Promote Cambio
You may share your link in your own content, reviews, comparison pages, newsletters, social media and Telegram channels or groups where you are allowed to post.
You may not: send unsolicited messages or spam; make misleading claims about Cambio, including that it requires no identity verification, is anonymous, is the cheapest, or guarantees a rate; publish fake reviews; present yourself as Cambio or use Cambio's name or logo in a domain name, social media handle or advertiser name; bid on "Cambio" or its misspellings in paid search; set your code on a visitor's browser without a click (for example by hidden frames or forced redirects); pay or reward people to swap unless we have agreed it in writing; or direct promotion at people in a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
Use the logos, banners and copy provided in your dashboard. Do not alter them in a way that changes their meaning.
7. Fraud and Withholding
If we reasonably believe that commission arose from a breach of these Affiliate Terms, from fraud, or from activity that harms Cambio or its customers, we may cancel that commission, withhold payouts while we investigate, set off amounts already paid for such swaps against future commission, and close your affiliate account.
8. Taxes and Relationship
You are responsible for any taxes on your commission. You are an independent party: these Affiliate Terms create no employment, partnership, agency or joint venture, and you may not make commitments on Cambio's behalf.
9. Changes and Ending
We may change these Affiliate Terms by posting an updated version on this page with 30 days' notice; continuing to share your link after that means you accept the change. You may stop at any time. When the Programme or your participation ends, commission on swaps already completed remains payable once its holding period ends, unless it is cancelled under Section 7.
