A painted vessel of intent — the moment the AI receives your swap request.
01
Tell Cambio what you want

Type "swap 100 USDT to XMR on Monero" into the composer. The AI parses your intent, confirms Solana as the source and Monero as the destination, and returns a live quote with the full competitor comparison alongside it.

A painted vessel pouring a single coin — the moment your deposit confirms.
02
Send USDT to the deposit address

Cambio generates a one-time deposit address on Solana. Send your USDT there — Solana confirms in a few seconds, and the card tracks every confirmation in real time.

A painted receiving bowl with a settled coin — the moment your swap completes.
03
XMR arrives on Monero

Once your deposit confirms, the payout goes out to your Monero address directly — Monero typically confirms in about 20 minutes. No bridge hop, no wrapped assets, no waiting on a second protocol.

And that is only the half both quotes show you. The withdrawal fee is in neither number, and most exchanges do not publish theirs — which is why it appears below as a hatched mark and never as a figure. Ours on Monero is 0.0001 XMR, and we say so rather than repeat “no fee”.

our commissiontheir commissionwithdrawal fee — exists; size not published, width not to scaleour withdrawal fee — stated in full

The solid segment is the commission, drawn to scale. The hatched mark carries no length at all — it sits outside the bar, at the same fixed width on every row, and means only that a withdrawal fee exists there and its size is not published. It is never a figure and never an estimate, and nothing on the commission scale can be read off it.

Commission and effective rate are the same fact, so we claim it once. Add the withdrawal fee and you have the whole bill: ours on Monero is 0.0001 XMR. It is not zero here and we will not say it is.

For every other exchange in this table the second half of the bill is not in the quote you are shown, and we have not measured it — so we will not print a number under their name, and we will not draw one either.

A row tagged · est. is projected from that exchange’s own published commission rather than read off a quote; the line under each name says which it is.

Below $2,494 the withdrawal fee decides the outcome; above it the rate does. Saying it the other way round would be false, and we would rather tell you where our own argument stops.

THIS CORRIDOR, IN NUMBERS

USDT on Solana → XMR on Monero

What USDT → XMR actually costs

  • You send 100 USDT on Solana.
  • Cambio's commission is 0.35% of the amount, taken from the rate rather than added on top.
  • Delivering XMR on Monero costs 0.0001 XMR, about $0.05 at today's price.
  • You receive 0.215217 XMR.
  • The smallest swap this corridor accepts is 1 USDT — ten times the 0.0001 XMR delivery fee, because below that the fee would take most of the XMR you receive.

Why this pair behaves the way it does

Solana finalises almost immediately — 1 confirmation on your USDT is enough — so the deposit leg is never the bottleneck on the way to XMR.

0.0001 XMR to deliver on Monero, about $0.05 — small enough to barely move the total.

XMR is Monero's own coin; the payout pays its cost from the amount itself.

Floor on Monero: 0.7%. Below that the corridor stops covering settlement.

XMR on Monero carries 12 decimals, so every amount on this page is quoted to that precision and no further.

How long USDT on Solana takes to clear

Cambio waits 1 confirmations on Solana, then sends the payout immediately. End to end this corridor typically takes 1–2 min.

What USDT on Solana pays out on Monero at three sizes

Each row below was quoted on Solana and compared against the same exchanges at that size. The XMR lands on Monero.

The 0.0001 XMR delivery fee is the same on all three rows: 0.046% of what you receive on 100 USDT, and 0.0031% on 1,500 USDT. It is the fee most exchanges leave out of the rate they advertise.

What is the minimum for USDT → XMR on Monero?

1 USDT. The floor is set by what delivering XMR on Monero costs — 0.0001 XMR — and Cambio will not quote a swap where the delivery fee would take more than a tenth of the payout.

How many confirmations does a USDT deposit need?

1 on Solana. The payout is sent immediately after, so the wait you experience is the confirmation wait, not queueing on Cambio's side.

What delivery fee applies to XMR on Monero?

0.0001 XMR. It is charged at what the transfer actually costs on Monero rather than marked up, and it is deducted before the figure you are shown — the number on this page is what lands in your wallet.

Is the USDT → XMR rate shown here the rate I get?

Yes, within the quote's window — the 0.35% commission and the 0.0001 XMR delivery fee are already taken out of it, so the figure you see is what reaches your Monero wallet.

What you’re actually swapping.

Two different assets, two different on-chain stories. Here’s the minimum you should know before you send anything.

USDT
Solana SPL

USDT on Solana is dollar-pegged USDT at sub-second settlement speed. The network confirms in a few seconds, with sub-cent network fees — and it settles onward in seconds for fractions of a cent.

XMR is the native asset of Monero. Sending XMR is an ordinary native transfer — no token approval, no contract interaction. Monero typically confirms in about 20 minutes, and deposits are subaddresses of one wallet, so nothing here derives a per-user key.

What you need to know

Before you swap USDT to XMR on Monero.

No bridge contract in this route. Cross-network swaps on Cambio never route through a bridge. Your USDT deposit stays an ordinary Solana transaction, and the XMR payout is an ordinary Monero transaction. The two chains never exchange messages, so there is no bridge contract to trust and no wrapped representation of your asset.
Destination must be a Monero address. The payout address you provide must be a Monero address. Addresses from other networks will fail validation in the composer before anything is sent — Cambio checks the address family against the destination network so a mistake stops at the form, not on-chain.
Cambio pays the payout network fee. Your quote is net: the Monero fee for the payout transaction is already accounted for in the number on the card, so the amount you see is the amount your wallet receives.
Per-swap cap: USD 1,000. Cambio’s launch window caps every swap at USD 1,000. Above the cap the request is refused outright rather than silently split — the card tells you before any deposit address is issued.
Screened before you send. Cambio runs its checks before a deposit address is ever issued. If a swap cannot complete, it never starts — there is no "funds under review" limbo after the fact.
What XMR on Monero is good for. Monero is private by default, and outputs are lock-bound briefly before they can be spent onward. If your next move is sending the XMR onward — to an exchange, a wallet, or a counterparty — the destination network’s fee profile is part of the choice, and it’s one the AI will happily talk through before you swap.
Questions

USDT to XMR on Monero — frequently asked.

Is this a bridge swap?

No. Your USDT goes to a Cambio deposit address on Solana as an ordinary transfer, and you receive XMR on Monero as an ordinary Monero transaction. No bridge contract, no wrapped assets, no cross-chain messages.

How long does the swap take?

The deposit side on Solana confirms in a few seconds; the payout on Monero typically confirms in about 20 minutes. The status card tracks every stage live — detection, confirmation, payout — so you are never guessing which side you are waiting on.

Do I need to verify my identity?

No account or sign-up is needed. Every swap is screened against sanctions and on-chain risk lists before a deposit address is issued; in line with applicable law and our risk-based AML policy, identity verification may be requested where screening flags elevated risk.

What is the maximum I can swap?

USD 1,000 per swap during the launch window, enforced before a deposit address is issued. The live card shows the exact minimum and maximum for this pair at the moment you quote.

Can I receive the XMR into an exchange account?

Yes — on the exchange’s deposit screen pick XMR and make sure the network is Monero, then paste that deposit address into the Cambio composer as your destination. If the network on the exchange side doesn’t match, don’t send — ask the AI and it will walk you through it.

What makes Cambio better on this route?

Every quote ships with a live comparison against the biggest instant exchanges — including when we lose — and the number on the card is the number that settles. Pricing is chain-aware, the route has no bridge exposure, and screening happens before your deposit, never after.
